Miti Stegail?
DING DING DING!!!!!!!!, WHAT DO WE HAVE FOR HER RO??????????????
There is no football player named "Miti Stegail"....there is, however, a Milt Stegall.....
IT'S A NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just think jm02 when school resumes, could you picture a whole class of Kanga’s?
School hasn't started in Canada yet?
Maybe Clermont could fit the mould, but remember, as Pokey pointed out very few could walk on to an NFL roster. Guys like Mervyn Fernandez are rare. Remember Boerichter? He was built like Clermont, and he is now on his third team down there.
Next Tuesday in BC
School started here for students today.
BEN CAHOON!!!!! OR OR Terry Vaughn
Andy Fantuz!!! - lol. I love the guy, he's only droped one ball and i thought there shoulda been a flag on the db covering him.
OK but seriously. IMO-
Paris Jackson would be my overall pick from the CFL recievers to take an NFL spot.
overall best WR in the CFL
Terry Vaugh. ( When not on the tired TiCats )
I do remember Boerigter… and actually he was doing really well in his first season in KC before they decided to relegate him to 4th string the following year. He actually set a franchise record for average catch in a season… 24. something average catch.
If anybody in the CFL could start down there, I think it’d be Simon. You need big time wheels, hands, and height. He’s got them all.
Agreed. Stegal and Cahoon.
Cahoon was too slow to be invited in the NFL. I believe it's crazy because a receiver who can give you an almost garanteed 8 to 12 yards should be priceless, especially in a league where you only need 2.5 yards per play to gain a first down. Who cares if he won't run down the whole field for a TD? As long as he keeps drives alive...
Dude Cahoon would get crushed if he was in the NFL what is he 5'9? and runs a 4.7 40 time? If your small in the NFL than you must be quick and Cahoon is not quick by any stretch of the imagination.
Its hard to think that Stegall couldnt have made in the NFL back when he was in his late 20's. Hes the total package, not blazing quick but would be quick enough to create seperation in the NFL, smart player and good route runner with good size and good hands. And I only say when he was in his late 20's simply because most teams would not even have tried to work him out say 3 Years ago. They say oh hes 33, must be toast.
It's too bad that Stegall got hurt, he was on pace for his best year yet. Even after missing 3 games he is still only 150 yards behind Simon. Simon is a great reciever, but I don't think Milt is ready to hand over the torch just yet.....
- Stegall
- Simon
- Tucker, Cahoon, Lewis, etc
No question, it's gotta be Simon.Great hands, runs perfect patterns and when he hits that next gear, he is gone.
Well said, well said, I agree
Stegall is great during the season, but seems to get the dropsies when the Bombers hit the playoffs!
the bombers in the playoffs… oh those were the days. can’t wait. i seem to remember stegalls problem being getting hurt prior to the big game not having dropsies. his other problem was having an entire secondary riding his ass and not having other receivers to help him out.
