Regardless of Lumsden's contract wit the Ticats. If the NFL were to come calling, The Ticats wouldn't stand in his way. At least this was the trend with past experiences with other Ticat players going to the NFL.
But lets not worry about that and enjoy a hometown star in the making.
I’m damn sure the 'Cats would step in the way anyway possible. The other players were not Jesse Lumsden. He is the cornerstone to this team succeeding, without him, we’re nothing. I hope to god he stays.
