Benevides Paranoia

From today`s Vancouver Province:

He admitted his first game against a former repeat champion in the Als had added meaning, patrolling the streets of Canada’s party capital briefly looking for curfew violators the night before the game.

Benevides also went so far as to order a security sweep of Molson Stadium Thursday, inferring the Als might be up to some filming hanky-panky, but later conceding he had succumbed to a classic case of coaching paranoia.

“The information I had was that there was a reason to be concerned and so we did a sweep of the property,? Benevides said.

Better put out an all-points bulletin for more pass protection and a pending hall of fame receiver instead if the future looks like it did Friday.
