Should be both gone. All I see in your post is excuses. Excuses why Millanovich failed as a coach and shouldn't be blamed, excuses why he failed to rebuild his defence, excuses, excuses, excuses......bottom line, the coach failed to win a playoff game last year and failed to make the playoffs this season. He hasn't done anything in the last two seasons to warrant another season.
