Be truthful its Montreal vs Canada 4 the Grey Cup....

There are alot of football fans in Canada who want Riders too win just because alot of starting wideouts are Non-Imports.I'm just telling the truth any Montreal fan is playing against his own country right now and in the end I think Montreal will win based on a few things.
1.SPEED MONTREAL IS ALOT FASTER THAN THE RIDERS
2.FORCE THIS GAME IN DURANTS HANDS "BLITZ HIM LET HIS SLOWER WIDEOUTS TO CATCH ALOT OF THROW ON THE RUN"
3.THE MONTREAL OFFENSE OF LINE NEEDS TO BLOCK VERY GOOD IF THEY CAN GET A RUNNING GAME GOING(ITS OVER EARLY RIDERS CREEP YOUR SAFETIES UP AND THEY WILL HIT YOU WITH A HOMERUN.
4.GET AHEAD EARLY BECAUSE THE RIDERS DONT WANT A SHOOT OUT
5.FORCE THE RIDERS TOO 2ND AND LONG SITUATIONS
These are a few key to winning this thing alot of yall dont want to admit its "Montreal vs Canada because the Canadian content thats on the Riders offense.I think Montreal will win this thing pulling ahead in the late 3rd and early 4 quarters

The only way the Riders can win this game is if Durant is able to get rid of the ball quickly and Cates can run effectively from time to time. Durant will get killed if the receivers aren't open right away and the game will be over after the 1st in this situation.

I agree. Unless the 'riders can somehow score early and prevent the Als from doing the same, it will be over early. Of all the games in recent years this one has all the indications of a blowout. Which probably means it won't be

Montreal has 10 Canadian starters, its just the Riders receiving core that's predominantly Canadian. they probably could start more but that's another thread.

I read it a couple of times and I still don’t understand why it’s “Montreal vs Canada”…

i heard on the radio today that montreal starts ten. thats awesome. it really is a canada west vs canada east. Montreal i feel, really represents what Canadian football and the Cfl is all about. with the small stadium always selling out, but the big east finals. the ten canadian starters. Yet, you could say some of those things about the riders. im going als all the way personally. They are comming in like the bad guy, much like The stamps did last year.

me either doc, im having a hard time understanding his english...its kinda poor. im guessing he means that cause the riders have canadians on their team, canadians want them to win...what he doesnt understand is there are canadians on every team in the canadian football league, it just happens that the riders have canadian receivers...so? his post makes little sense and you can tell by the fact that everyone other than you and me have not even bothered to address his point and just comment on the game itself...im not 100% sure but im pretty sure hes an american...they seem to have no sense of this game. i forgot when the canadian receivers were slower than americans just cause they are canadians?

OH HES AMERICAN ALRIGHT AND DONT FORGET THAT THE NCAA IS SUPERIOR IN EVERY WAY JUST BECAUSE HE SAID SO AND THERE IS NO WAY ANY CANADIAN TEAM CAN EVER COMPETE WITH AN AMERICAN TEAM BECAUSE THEYRE SO INFERIOR ITS LAUGHABLE SO YALL JUST REMEMBER THAT AND YEAH...

No idea what you're talking abouty. Try English.

LOL i like the impersonation jm lol…but it leaves the question…why did he join a CFL forum??

Probably banned from all the other football forums for being an idiot... Just a guess.

This week is getting close to “most stupid threads in a seven day period” for the year!

For the original poster who thinks that Montreal doesn’t start good Canadians, try these on for size: Emry, Cahoon, Sanchez, Chiu, Flory, Lambert, Bourke, Perrett, Carter, Duval

hey thats crazy talk, only americans are good football players

Hate to break it to you but Duval is an import. He’s from Louisiana.

I have no clue who Carter is LOL!

Mathieu Proux and Etienne Boulay should be this list.

They have also started Paul Woldu at times this year.

Not to mention that 2 of the Riders starters are French Canadian. Canada's team my ....

My Canada includes Québec  8)

Are you saying French Canadian players aren’t part of Canada?

Not at all. I am just making reference to a lot of the political and racial BS I've read this week.

Miguel Bujold walking off his flight from Montreal to Calgary and being greeted with a "Welcome to Canada"

Or Rider fans calling Montrealers Frogs or suggesting a Burrito be stuffed up Calvillo's face.

I guess we still have a long way's to go.

It’s so sad, isn’t it?

We do indeed have a long way to go.
