Elks run defense was very weak the last 2 games. Agros got over 180 yards!!! It was the main reasons for the loss. BC will try the same, Elks need to be far better in defensive

Private Stubbles called him a āmangy rascalā before that great game last week, and heās still mad that the Lions won as is our entire crew, so they are all on board with me for this one, even though some of them are understandably fans of the Boatmen who just beat us in a thriller.

Sports select has Lions as 7.5 favorite. If VA is healthy enough, Lions will beat the spread. If VA does not play, Lions will not beat the spread.

Agree. Elks offence couldnāt stay on the field the last couple years. So maybe they do tonight.
Cobb is back from injury at right SB, Boyko is back at RT. Grohovac is available on the O-line.
Jack-Kurdyla though is on the 6 game. Also injured, Kyran Moore, J-Min Pelley, Mayala, and Brodrique.

Elks are playing well enough that theyāre becoming due for an upset game (assuming they can stop finding ways to lose), but I just donāt see it happening in BC Place.

In defense of your defenseā¦ it IS pretty offensive but thatās not their fault. IMHO Chris Jones spent too much money on MacBeth when he shouldāve used his spare cash to surround Tre Ford with more weapons and throw the rest into his talent-starved defense (those poor guys are hungry).

Heyā¦ donāt scare that Elk fan away. Have you seen their home attendance totals? Elk fans are fast becoming an endangered species. We must all do our best to help repopulate the herd.
I for one will be volunteering to hump as many of those critters as I possibly can. Itās the right thing to do.
Weāll have to wait until 14 July, the next game, to test your theory you damn varmint.
Go figure after tonight, the Elks will have more than two weeks off, with a home and away that week with Ottawa on Sunday and Friday.
Then after Ottawa, the rest of the Elksā games are on only Saturdays or Sundays until Labour Day, and of these there are only two more home games this summer, with both on those Sunday.
I guess thereās a reason for such sparse home scheduling in the summer in Edmonton.
