The Calgary covers a land area of 726.5 km² (280.5 sq mi) (as of 2006)[2] and as such exceeds the land area of the City of Toronto.

Vancouver has an area of 114 square kilometres (44 sq mi),

Ottawa is 202 km (126 mi)

Good on Calgary to start putting in some dense housing like that. Western Canada (save Vancouver) is so brutal for urban sprawl.
