Jamal Robertson is a very good running back and was totally misused by the boneheaded Argonaut coaching staff this year...
The home opener loss was due to a horrible first quarter. Our guys didn't look prepared, were too jacked up, something like that. The Labour Day Hangover was a toss up. It's riddiculous that game is played on four days rest.
And by far the most common usage today is to describe unacceptably, even unexpectedly poor quality, not up to one’s standards, e.g. “that movie sucked”, " we got 2 hours homework, that sucks". So this is how it is applied to the Argos.
Now don't jump down my throat....but to be honest....I was kind of feeling sorry for them and was hoping they would at least make it a closer game. Afterall these years of living in Manitoba, the Bombers have become my #1 hated team.
I really think they could have had a decent season if they'd stuck with Joseph at QB. Andrus decided he wanted to go with the younger guy and after losing 4 or 5 he sends Joseph back in.......too late. After the loss of Bruce he also didn't give his QB any receivers who could cacth the ball!!
