Keep in mind, since the league introduced their new salary management system in 2007, the Argos have NEVER been over the cap. The Riders were OVER the cap in 2007, 2008 and 2010.
Apparently in his last deal the Esks agreed to release him after 2011. It sucks to see him go, but it is good news for Toronto, and I’m glad to see Barker finally recognizing that his team had virtually no talent at WR.
