TORONTO — The Toronto Argonauts have acquired the playing rights to Canadian DB Royce Metchie from Calgary in exchange for the playing rights to Canadian LB Cameron Judge.
Hufnagel didn't waste any time and got Cameron Judge signed once the swap was completed with the Argos. Sad to see Metchie leave but I think Calgary got a great deal in this trade. Not that the Argos didn't also get someone worth the swap ! But since Metchie was going into free Agency this was greater than losing him for nothing to another team for more attractive $$$ in wages.
Cameron Judge was a COMPLETE bust last year - I don't think he has any talent or desire left - good riddance.
Any time his name came up last year - it was for a penalty - ha ha.
