Argos Release Jarious Jackson

8) The Argos have released veteran CFL back up QB Jarious Jackson today.
He will sign a 1 day contract with his former team, the Lions, in order to retire as a BC Lion, and then join the Lions
coaching staff as a QB Coach.

A good QB, but just not good enough. Classy and smart move by Buono too,

An Argo-Cat fan

Does this mean the Argos are going after McPherson??????????????

If the Argo's land McPherson i'm going to flip.He says he wants to start and his closest shot is the Ticats.A reliable source said that Mack would not be interested in pursuing McPherson shortly after his release so where else will he go?Burris will be done in a year or two, Calvillo in a year or two but Porter is their future now, WPG isnt an option (allegedly), Durant will be in SSK for a while, Lulay will be in BC for a while, Reilly or Nicolls will be starting and backing up in no particular order, CGY currently has Glenn AND their starter set as Tate, and Ray still has 5-6 years of good football left. But then again, knowing Toronto they'll get what they want like they always do (Ray for nothing, Milanovich as HC despite turning down other teams previous, a brand new training facility after theirs mysteriously burned down in the middle of the night, Chris Jones to make a lateral move to DC when he seemed locked in Calgary, and most importantly they managed to win the GC at home with a fairly mediocre record)

And the fact that Braley owns the team is sheer co-incidence...

Is any QB going to go to winnipeg?lol
