I really think or at least hope that during the season that Braley and Bell/Kilmer will work together and begin the process of making a smooth transition.
Braley really caught a lot of heat and he kept quiet and took the brunt.
It looks to me its pretty clear he did not want Rogers involved at all. Hence we see the new spinoff Bell/Kilmer ownership.
The arrogance of Rogers to think they could reap the benefits of MLSE and be the only company to have its own outside holdings. Being Jays/RC/SN NHL deal.
There is more than enough population in GTA and extended area to support all 5 teams. Rogers could have benefited greatly by going along. Every 5 years or so they could of had RC reconfigured to better host a GC on the MLSE dime. Bell/Kilmer will need to spend the $$$ to add temp seats and reconfigure BMO for GCs anyway.
I am pretty sure that this will happen, cflsteve. This will certainly be a transition year which is not a bad thing.

Braley owns the team until 31st of December, he has to pay the bills this season and absorb the losses at the RC.
Bell and Kilmer are going to be “hands off” this season they won’t be having anything to do with the Argos while they are still playing at the Rogers Centre.

None. This season will be a wash/mess for the Argos. If you think previous seasons were bleak, they’ll have nothing on 2015. It will be like a wake before a rebirth.

Bell/Kilmer wont be completely hands off. The transition of ownership takes time and is complicated I am sure well beyond my knowledge. As mentioned new front office staff is appearing. Along the way a marketing strategy will be put into place.
Bell is smart enough to begin to promote and rebuild a fan base for ticket sales, season ticket holders, lining up already Bell Media connected corporate partners, a CTV evening new sports employee to get exclusive coverage of all Argo's games, activities, and updated news. Something that up till now has been secluded to the Argos CFL site and Argos TV.
Then break the new year with all of the details for the 2016 season.
