Getting rid of the Blue Pyjamas look? Thank god. That powder blue changed colors when it got wet and most guys looked like they had peed themselves, especially when they played at home on the natural grass…
Their current jersey is so plain, I am glad they are making a change. Hopefully they add some stripes.
I take it those bags they are looking at are the home and away bags .
The uniforms would have the same colour scheme .
Light Blue are the away .
Dark Blue are the home .
I really hate the direction uniform design has taken in the past few years, getting tired of the one colour look. 
Look at BCs new unis, all black for home and all light grey for away. Boring!
So Argos seems to be going to all dark blue and all light blue unis (assuming dark is home and light is away). Borrrrrrinng!
Wow, I can;t believe all the fuss over uniforms, what about the game, who really cares what the uniforms look like, this isn;t a fashion show, the only one who should get a new uniform is the commissioner , then everyone can pick him out at the game.

It’s good to refresh, but this is thanks to revenue sharing from profitable teams like the Blue Bombers and others (can’t find numbers).
MLSE has deep pockets, so I guess it could just be a write off for them.
God knows less than 12000 people per game and a few souvenirs wouldn’t have paid for new uniforms.
Are new uniforms a big expense? I bet that sales of the new jerseys–even for the Argos–will more than cover the costs New Era is putting into the design and production of them.
They should go all black with “Mean Machine” on the nameplate in red. That might get some fans in the stands! (Not many volunteers to change lightbulbs, though.)
Like I said it is good to get a refresh. And you may be right about the expense and sale of jerseys recouping the money. Not that they shouldn’t get them, it would just be nice to see a larger fan base there and the Argos contributing to a solid CFL. You’re only as strong as your weakest link.
I’d rather see a headline reading, Argos promoting team sells 20000+ seasons tickets. Based on their average attendance, that would be a better place to start. Except for the parade, that hey, who doesn’t love a championship parade, there still just isn’t enough interest in the Argos. Gate revenue benefits the whole CFL.
Pink and Purple would be nice pretty colors for their helmets .
