Explanation in the 3downnation article today (maybe late yesterday) speculating about the difference that DC could make sounded like a lot of doublespeak from Trestman to me. “The players want him to play” is basically what he said. Felt he “owed it to the players” to let him participate. :
Regardless - DC had little to NO impact on the game - aside from maybe inspiring other receivers to step up their game so they don’t lose their starting spots!
