So far, of the three CFL games I’ve been to, the home team has always won.
I’m up for hire if anyone needs a win.

The Argos are a team to be reckoned with. Lookin’ great in their blue uniforms the powerful, blue Argos made the number 1 BC Lions appear pedestrian at times. Not only lookin’ good in blue but playin’ good in blue. :anchor: :whale: :fish:

Argos looked great. Lions did look pedestrian. Adams looked like he’d seen a ghost. He wasn’t the Adams of the Peg game.

They’re the GC champs. Only mild surprise. Led the league in turnovers last year. Best D in the league IMO. Adams didn’t play well. Not going to win a lot of games with 7 turnovers.

Defence ultimately wins championships and the Argos looks very good. 2nd : Kelly is a serious QB. Well prepared and able to limit mistakes . Very effective passer and sctambles out of containment when necessary. Really solid run game with Oulette and it balances out the ever improvong and excellent Chad Kelly

Let’s also not forget this team has some bs power which always makes them play like gods in the playoffs.

If this team are now continuing that play in the regular season it might be done.

Yes the Argos dominated, but it’s only week 4. Last year BC beat Toronto 44-3 in week 3 and we know who won the Grey Cup last year. Lots of football to come yet.

Argos didn’t dominate, VA just gave them the game.

One thing about Adams, he’s always been consistently inconsistent in his cfl career.

With Adams you know what you’re getting. He runs hot & cold, like Masoli IMO. That’s why BC got Evans. Not the 1st time a team said he’s our guy, brought in somebody (Harris last year) waiting in the wings.

Argos have 3 big guys @ DT. Oakman, Eastern All-Star, sat out for ratio reasons last week because Hendrix & Knight might even be better. They shut down the run, force you to pass & have some real ball hawks back there. Kelly was an efficient 23/29 passing & the offence didn’t have to do too much. Sure, the difference was Adams but he was being pressured into making bad decisions.

No need for worry in BC - one game.

Vernon has been playing a bit over his head. I see him as a solid backup but not sure he is a starter. Smallish guy who seems to get flustered. The BC Defense though can carry them. They are mean.
But right now the Argos are a force in all aspects of tge game
Wven theie Specail teams who looked bad last week stepped it up. Very well coached and deep roster
And all beacuse of Pinball. Someone shoukd give that guy a trophy just for being able to right the Argo ship

Everybody likes Pinball. He fixes everything… he even fixes teams that hail from other cities.

the CFL would be in great hands!

But he was hired for marketing to get the Argos known and to put fans in the stands . He hasn’t succeeded

hmmm, as a GM I think the primary function is to win, no?

That’s what I thought too until we canned GM Cal Murphy in the 1990’s for spending our community owned franchise to the edge of bankruptcy.
