It was a missed field goal, so it's just a single.

It would only be a safety if possession was at hand in the field of play first before being downed at or behind the goal line in the goal area/end zone; even then forward progress could be granted in lieu of a safety.

As Owens chose to remain in the goal area, it’s a single/rouge.
