Now that the Ti-Cats have brought in Printers, I can't see Tim Chang wanting to stick around and be the backup. Even if Maas somehow goes away, I just can't see Chang wanting to be stuck behind Printers.
Chang has been on my watch list sice I saw him play at Hawaii. He has all the prototypical skills to be a great success as a CFL pivot.
Given Chang's obvious natural talent and Buono's proven gift for fostering QB, I think matching the pair could produce the best QB on either the Lions or Ti-Cats. Any chance the Lions might have a shot at him?
