Okay, bien y'avait pas beacoup de monde au stade du L'UdM. Au moins Mr. October (ou Mr. STALove) :smiley: etait la pour m'entendre parler tout le temps :smiley:

QB: Calvillo, parfait comme d'habitude! et comme je dit depuis day 1 du camp, Kingsbury is looking SWEET! Les passe parfait dans les mains. Makes it look easy. Brady fait des erreurs avec les passe (INT today) et il cours tout le temps!! Kingsbury devrait etre #2 FOR SURE mais c'est pas moi le coach!

RB: Edwards a pas pratiquer, I'm not surprised. No big deal pcq, comme j'ai dit dans le day 1 aussi, Perry RULES!! Il joue avec le first team offense et a fait 2 superb course de 30 verges! :smiley: Il devrait meme p-e etre PARTANT!! Mias la, Edwards piqueait une crise :smiley: Payton, comme j'ai dit du debuts, est pas si bon que sa. Sont nom lui a rendu au camps pcq les autre RB sont tout mieux. Surpris par les autre RB au camp. Peircy catch bien les passe comme SB defois et Imoh, Diedrick et Hamilton, cours pas mal bon aussi!

WR: Hmmmmm... Cahoooooooon TOUT LA JOURNEE! Mais j'ai des bonne et mauvaise nouvelle en meme temps pour les KR. Les Als on pas l'air d'etre vendu sur Stokes. Meme je lui a parler vit vit et il lui on meme pas fait jouer KR encore!! J'ai dit qu'il le garde p-e comme #4 ou #5 WR mais il me dit que meme pas l'air de sa non plus. Je suis pas sur qu'il va fair l'equipe pcq si il le fait pas pratiquer beacoup, doesn't sound too good. Les bonne nouvel c'est que les Als on l'air d'avoir trouver un gars qui est pas mal vit et agile avec c'est cut sur les KR... un nouveau, #21 Tyson Browning. 2 TD sur deux bottes! Davis pratique souvent avec l'offense #1 et il a une grande guelle comme moi aussi :smiley: Thurmon is looking good but he does seem to give up instead of trying to make a circus catches.

DLine, Truluck est juste trop bon! Depuis l'annee passer, y'arrette pas d'etre comme Stewart avec les mains dans les air pour abattre les ballon et tres bon rush!

LBs: pas eu le temps de les verifier, comme le OLine.

DBs: Cox fait une difference sur le terrain. Check out notre cote gauche. Sanchez CB, Cox DB, Boulay S (Galllant pour l'instant avec les blessure). SWEET! Dorvelus est vraiement lined up comme CB sur la 2ieme equipe et sur les ST. Je pensait pas qu'il faissent l'equipe mais on va voir. On a des pas pire DBs dans Estelle, Kent et Hendrix joue bien aussi.

Y a pas de pratique demain alors je devine qu'ils va y avoir des coupure bientot. Bon ben that's all guys :smiley: Hope you enjoyed :smiley:

PS: L'announcer maison de Carabins a une voix VRAIEMENT drole! Peux pas croire qu'il fait les match aussi. On aurait dit la voix du frere d'Infoman! Le monde le trouvait drole! La presse Montrealais est pas fort! Pas de tele a part TQS? et il interview... Boulay et Proulx. Deux gars qui on rien fait au camp today! Et Sanchez qui a pas fait grand chose non plus. Au moin JdM et Herb sont allez voir Browning. Les RBs et QBs qui devrait etre en interview pour leurs poste??? whatever. La presse ici est vraiemtn pas fort. No news is good news???

Really? They are going back to the old ball with painted white stripes (as opposed to the white stripes sewn into the ball). I did not know this.
I was at the Als practice as well at the UDM. Calvillo looked really good. All of his passes were perfect spirals with a lot of zip. He was also very accurate. I saw non of the lame ducks or floating passes of last year. His sideline passes were also accurate (not too high or too low like we sometimes saw last year). I attributed his new form to the fact that the Als now have a QB coach. The QB coach is supposed to have straightened out AC’s footwork over the winter.

I also liked Kingsbury’s play. He made some really nice passes. For those of you who were there, did you get the impression that Brady was hesitant? That he was not sure where to go with the ball (maybe his receivers where always covered…) and when he did make a throw, it was off target. It is the impression I got.

Yep, they are switching back to the old balls, and not a moment too soon. I still think the league was on crack to change the balls so close to the start of last season, giving QBs little or no time to get adjusted to them. I too think that the QB coach will have a positive impact on Calvillo’s mechanics.

For sure that will help as well. As far as Kingsbury goes, I have not seen him yet but from what I heard regarding he and Brady lately, the latter better start picking things up or he will end up as 3rd string (or worse).

Frankly, I'm surprised it took us this long to get a quarterbacks coach. The O.C. has too much on his plate to give his QB the one-on-one, technical attention he deserves. Let's hope to see a revitalized Calvillo throwing tight spirals for touchdowns!

I think taking the play calling away from AC is going to help too. Now, he can concentrate on execution.

I think that change is what will make thi biggest difference in his play. I found that last year when things werent going well he kept trying to go to the same 2-4 plays over and over to try to simplify things for himself but in doing that the offense became too predictable.

Im really happy to hear all this stuff about Kinsbury hopefully he will turn out ot be a keeper and actually get some reps in once games are out of reach at the very least and hopefully succeed Calvillo in a few years time once he is more accustomed to the CFL
