It appears the Montreal Alouettes will have to find another pass rusher this season. According to the Montreal Gazette, defensive end Gavin Walls suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament on Sunday and will be sidelined indefinitely. Walls, who was acquired in a trade with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, will require surgery to repair the injury. Last season, Walls had five quarterback sacks and 24 defensive tackles in 13 games with the Blue Bombers. Walls tore ligaments in his other knee last season and required surgery.
