How young could someone be in the CFL?

ostensibly, there is no minimum age limit requirement in the CFL.
The NFL however, supposedly requires a player to be three years removed from secondary school.

I doubt it coud happen now, but Hank Ilesic joined the Eskimos when he was 17 and still in high school. A remarkable accomplishment. And he went to the Grey Cup in each of his first seven seasons, IIRC.
