Just decided I’m not going to complain about my aches and pains any more. Wow, RIP Kaila.

[i]A young cancer patient from Saskatchewan who got to go to the Grey Cup through the efforts of a charitable organization has died.

Kaila Berg’s family says it’s grateful that the 18-year-old was able to enjoy the festivities before she died in an Edmonton hotel room this morning — her mother at her side.

The Shellbrook girl was one of 12 young people with the disease who were sent to the CFL’s championship game by the Chris Knox Foundation.

Knox was an avid Saskatchewan Roughriders fan who died of brain cancer.

It was a tough day for many at the school today. Kaila, you will be missed.

She saw a hard fought battle on the field, just like her own personal battle.

I truly admire her courage, I can’t even imagine what it’d be like knowing your time is quickly running out.Kaila is an inspiration for all of us!Condolences to her family and friends, i’m sure she’s sorely missed.
