a kinda strange thing to hear

That brought back some memories for me as a kid (1965) in Calgary. The thing is VoiceofReason; Tony is another player who played on the O-Line that did kicking duties for the Stampeders.
As far as the opening post; I was partly right on LB O'bilovich/Lancaster, but was thinking somewhere from 1963-65.

I wasnt referring to any game. Just the concept of obie tackling lancaster. Doesnt matter about age. All you have to know is who obie is, and who lancaster was. The fact that I was watching a specific game was immaterial to my observation and comment.

I just like saying Pajaczkowski.

LOL they still don't get it , days gone by, FYB was just strolling down memory lane, speaking a phrase he hasn't heard in many years and reflecting. NO there is NO specific game lmao

So what you are saying is that there is no actual point to this thread?

Okay...youtube link!

Another phrase I haven't heard in a long time, "There's a malfunction at the junction", Ed Whalen, Stampede Wrestling. Yeh I know it's not CFL but it's agreat phrase.
