See? Still ignoring the point of what I said about the person who wrote the article and that they’re crediting winnnipeg over Calgary.
I played your compare game. Anyone can cherry pick. And Anyone can tell the stamps have had more success than the riders. So why are you so full of disdain and jealously? It’s ugly man.
I swear is the water different in Calgary compared to the rest of Canada.
Like any time in this forum stamps fans act like that one kid in school no one liked.
Stamps fans love to talk about the fact they made the grey cup 5 times in a span of a decades forgetting the context they got their asses kicked in 3 of those and all three of the loses were against that didn’t even get a record above 500.
Hell one of those wins shouldn’t have happened since the refs had money on Calgary beating Hamilton in 2014.
You guys have been irrelevant since 2018.
You haven’t won a playoff game since 2018, haven’t come close to winning one since 2018 and almost always get your butts by one of the riders lions or bombers since 2018.
My green colored shades told you that you had a way better D line than you thought back in the preseason. And for what it’s worth i also thought you made the right choice in drafting Alford rather than the Dlineman you wanted.
While my glasses may be tinted i don’t believe all my “guesses” are off target. Sure missed the boat on how fast Dicky would make that team function mind you.
perhaps it was Stamperfan that i was arguing with?
Should we make allowances for the poor lad , must be hard to type with tears in his eyes? Third place and an early exit sure didn’t improve someone’s humor.
The west final has 2 good teams squaring off against each other. It is interesting to see the KPMG odds have the Riders as just a bit better than even odds, yet the sports writers have them 4:1 favotites.
I expect a close tough game. Most games are decided by about 6 plays. Could be a miss by the officials, a pre-snap penalty or a defensive or special teams TD. In the last game of the season, the Riders lost by less than a touchdown. They gave up a first play explosive touchdown, the refs blew a play dead which took a score off the board and in the 4th quarter they were moving in to score and took a holding penalty which made a big difference.
What I liked from that game is the Rider defense was able to turn Rourke into a pocket passer and move the ball well with Harris in the game. Riders will get a bunch of very good players back on both sides of the ball. I like their chances, but BC will not go down easily.
Lauther needs to bring his A game for sure in the finals. Game will probably be decided by 10 points or less. Place kicking is key and expect Whyte to be on his game. Lauther has to match him
Whyte didn’t play as well last year in the playoffs on the road. He’s not used to dealing with the unforgiving wind in Regina. I would expect Lauther to outshine him.
Lol riders have 3 first place finishes since StarWars was relased in theaters and my Dad wore platform shoes…we know first place far better than you, just like you know our position far better than us.. and dont forget how far stamps came this year. EvERYONE picked us for last
I thought you got vacations for spewing Rider hate and making every post about the Stampeders .
Yey here we are listening to the very same old tired stories
Would you just leave this thread already. What is wrong with you and other stamp fans. You come into every Rider thread and act like 2 year old school girls. Mods please do something permanently with these immature trolls.
The fact the Riders don’t need to deal with the WBB is a huge relief. For some reason some teams don’t match up well. Not just football. All sports. I do feel the Riders match well with BC. Although there QB had a great season, the Riders match better against the Lions along both O and D lines. Something that the WBB always took advantage of against the Riders. For that reason I believe the Riders have the edge. Riders by 10.
