MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes defence is looking like a dominant unit once again heading into the post-season.

The only stat that mattered was the number of penalty yards the Red Blacks took

That was insanely undisciplined football by the RB’s.
Almost every time they made good positive yards there was a flag.
At one point they had given the Al’s more offensive yards than they had earned.
It all started out so well for the RB’s this season.

They have a ton of injuries, but I agree that the lack of discipline was excessive and costly. I would have expected more focus and urgency for them as they try to keep pace with Toronto.

The one and only stat for my Montreal Alouettes team that matters is that big fat W_ [Win] the CFL head office has to register in the record books.
