The three stats are

  1. Bo is a no go
  2. Most of the rest of the team are also a no go
  3. The coaching staff has too many no go players to work with

The Stamps played very well as a team and are much improved from last year.

Lol you just cant give the stamps a real complimant , can you

This is an intersting read and something we observed at the game.. Hamilton had 2 late drives, resulting in 1 TD BUT both drives took alot of time off the clock. Credit the defense for this as it was key in this one not getting closer at the end

I feel it was a underhanded

Stampland, he gave an evaluation on the ticats team and then a evaluation of the stamps team which was complimentary. It’s obvious your biased hate for the riders and rider fans shade your perception.

Why would you turn a comment about the Stamps into a Riders topic? (Mod edit- personal insult to Rider fans).

Perception, that fan has no such thing as an inkling of perception that is based on reality… only his perception of hatred for rider fans and the Rider team

Passive aggressive!

Seemed like a pretty direct statement.

For most of June in the CFL, it is just an extension of preseason, but the wins and loses are important. Both clubs were pretty rusty. I’m not sure you can have any serious takeaways from last night’s game except that the size of the crowd was really disappointing. 18000 and change; that’s what the Flames draw.

It was a promising start for Cal, but then again they beat Hammy in last season’s lid lifter. I think the team took too many penalties, but I’ll for now chalk it up to being an extended preseason game.

Please lay off the over the top comments and especially the anti Rider comments.

To a neutral observer it is very clear that a poster complimented the Stamps as a result of their play last night. There was nothing underhanded about it. It appears that you are just trying to create an argument.

Each fan base wants their own team to win and we have sub forums for every team. That’s where the over the top comments belong. You are free to post comments there that are pro Calgary until the cows come home and no non Calgary fan will challenge you. The rules about insulting others still apply, however.

Let’s enjoy the return of the regular season and refrain from looking for a fight on every post in the general forum that doesn’t meet your pro Calgary standard. We all have different opinions and they should be capable of being expressed without rancour.

Direct to someone else while intended for me to read

Well , they looked better than the Elks.. thats for sure. For a team everyone is picking to last and to lose this hame, they deserve nothing but credit here

That’s just not true. He gave a positive opinion about the Stamps and I doubt it was directed at you. Please leave it be.

How is that underhanded? Maybe a testament to your mindset and how you never have anything good to say about the riders?

Personally I thought VA and your running back looked great.

No chance 18,000 buns in seats. Maybe total tickets sold (which is how all teams announce). There wasn’t a single view of the crowd that was more than half full in the Lowe half and no one up high, so maybe 25% attendance.

I went with the official attendance, but yeah, I’d agree. That’s the smallest crowd of 18,000 I’ve ever seen. It’s a crying shame this team doesn’t get more support in this city.
