We don’t get any of those gambling commercials here on the prairies. All of our ads have something to do with tractors or back bacon.

It was a great return by McGee - unfortunately it didn’t get the Lions offense moving.
The horses put the first points on the board, and so far they seem to be having more luck moving the ball against the Leos D. Adams doesn’t seem to be trying to force things and Mills has been able to gain a few rushing yards.
Rourke has definitely been contained so far in this first quarter. I imagine the stat lines will both be rather small.
Not a very exciting game so far. 3-3 after one. 39 total net yards offense for Calgary and 29 for BC. 
Come on BC, why aren’t you stomping Calgary’s guts out?

Defense, defense, defense. They are rulling so far and limiting the offensive production on both teams although Calgary does seem to be moving the ball a bit better.
BC almost got a pick there though!
We’ll be ducking out of this game early to tune into the Jays game - not that they’re going to win it in the first inning - at least I don’t think they will!

This game shouldn’t impinge upon the Jays game more than 15 minutes or so. You can always set your PVR and catch up in no time.

No PVR - we use a streaming box - and I don’t mind missing a bit of this game at the end. I’ll just keep following along on here!
Calgary seemed to be having more luck moving the ball but it’s the leos with the first Td of the game - Masoli punches it in!
