Ok. Not sure why Frederic didnāt get a fine for the broken stick crosscheck or Kane for the stick to the face while his opponent was alraedy on the ice, or even Bouchard for the vicious slash that put him there. But I donāt expect anything from the department of player safety any more.

what a quandary . On one hand, tonight is the CFL game of the week for me. OTOH, I am more interested in watching hockey game than I was a couple of games ago. I see a lot of switching back and forth in my future.

NHL season goes on way too long . It shouldāve been over weeks ago . I know what Iāll be watching tonight and it wonāt be hockey . I will keep tabs on the score but seriously who in the Hell wants to watch hockey damn near halfway thru June ?

Whether anyone calls the Oilers the bad guys or the good guys or whatever, you have to love these guys right now after that brutal loss the game before this one and come back as they did. Love them even if you hate them, if that makes any sense.
