Thanks
I’d lean towards the Bombers largely because they are rested & Lions are on a short week - also don’t win often in the 'Peg. But agree with you. Bombers also w/o Lofton.
OK - This is final this week.

I’m going against my gut, because the Visitors only won 3 weeks out of 21 last year (10H-3V-8T) and I’m not convinced this is the week they’ll buck that trend.
There’s just too much going against the Bombers this time I think. No Lofton, Neufeld questionable, no Peyton Logan, no Collaros. I’m not sure what the stats are for teams playing on a short week, but I feel like it’s not as bad as everyone says it is
Some weird voodoo is going to go down here. Montreal was the only team to beat Ottawa last year at home, but Ottawa had a 7-1-1 record at home.
Toronto’s O-Line can’t be bossed around like that for a second game in a row, can they?
The days of picking the Ti-Cats because I think they’re a better team than they are is over for now. At least until the second half of the season where they’ll start barnstorming everyone.
Thank you.
Anyone considering Ottawa….?

Welcome back! Better late than never!
Most of the same people waiting till the last minute so I’ll just give a 24 hour warning to the newbies @Obrigardo1, @tabbiefan721 , @ticat1996.
Assume for any changes that you would prefer an edit as opposed to a repost?
Pick changes should be in a reply to your original post, this way there is a timestamp of when you changed your picks.
Game score difference is only used for tiebreakers, and even then it’s the second tiebreaker (after perfect weeks), so don’t worry too much about the score of each game.
My picks for Week 2 are:
With a new OC, the Lions may not know what to expect and be thrown off. The Bombers will win ugly but they will win.
Why are the Ti-Cats starting Matthew Shiltz in 2025?
Thanks for the help with the repost. And? Are you picking the Argos and Stamps to win? Assume this will be an example of a proper edit.
Matt Shiltz is starting for Ottawa - Dru Brown is out with an ankle injury.
Are your picks mixed up? - Calgary is playing Toronto, Montreal is playing Ottawa and Hamilton is hosting the Roughriders.
Yes, my picks are mixed up, thanks for catching that!
I glanced at the schedule and misread the last two games as CGY/HAM and SSK/TOR.
The Shiltz comment was intended towards the Redblacks, but I typed “Ti-Cats”.
