2025 CFL on YouTube - For Live Games Too!

So after the CFL+ fiasco during the day on Saturday, the CFL has a backup plan for live preseason games also on YouTube.

YouTube may or may not also be part of future plans, along with CFL+, for those of you outside of Canada.

But did you know that the CFL has had a channel on YouTube all along!?

Have YOU liked and subscribed the CFL YouTube channel?

Click above now, go to any video to like it, and then subscribe to the CFL Channel!

You do that now, and any game on YouTube is likely to end up in your YouTube feed as well, along with other updates.

The CFL also puts the recordings of games on YouTube for a while.

If you ever have issues with CFL+ or any other video feed, other than TSN and TSN+ in Canada, check the CFL YouTube channel or YouTube in general too.

The audio and video for the Saturday night game in Calgary were excellent, much like just about everything else live on YouTube.

The US TV schedule is here with YouTube also for potential backup, I figure.

The league has an opportunity to garner more viewers because the spring football here in the states has been less than impressive. but like some people with NASCAR coverage going streaming, have a difficult time to get to it .the CFL plus that I’ve experienced has been choppy and late getting back to the action. My Internet is just fine thank you There must be a better alternative to get the games in the states. I wouldn’t mind actually seeing the TSN coverage, including commercials. It won’t upset me if I see things I can’t buy, but if it makes it easier, try that.

Welcome.

Well the feed, video, and audio via CFL+ were outstanding tonight like much of last season, so give it another go tomorrow night for the early game.

The only thing they still have to fix on CFL+ are the commercial breaks, for they keep running the same player promo.

If there’s anything new, it won’t be until after 2026 unless CBS elects to shift coverage to other media within Paramount after the merger is complete this summer, for which the CFL would have to agree.

In other links like those linked above, some have stated that like for other sports that are niche sports in the US, coverage via a FAST channel would be great.

At least we know they now have YouTube for backup too.

Pirate Sports Network will also be asail for the late game tomorrow night for those without CBS Sports Network, as noted in that thread.

We also have a game thread for every game that you can follow as well, so join us there during breaks or at the half if you wish.

I’m not sure about this any more, but the highlights for each game are also on YouTube much like on the TSN YouTube page as well as on the CFL site:

Like last week for the Riders’ game, we’ll see soon enough how often the official live homer radio feeds are now on YouTube as well, instead of having to surf around to find one that is not geographically restricted, especially when you are not able to listen to the feed via Canada Talks on Sirius XM.
