Another crappy week of games with lots of mismatches so it was hard to find a decent slate and this should be an easier week.
I just read that last week was the first Sunday slate since December 20, 1970 with one or zero games decided by single digits, which was the Jets/Bengals game.
On tap this week:
Sunday, November 2nd
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh Noon Denver at Houston Noon
Jacksonville at Las Vegas 3:05 Kansas City at Buffalo 3:25
That’s right Uncle Jesse! There are a lot of trap games in this slate!
The trick is to figure out which ones.
It’s the sort of dicey slate with which one goes 1-5, another hard 3-3 sweating it out, or simply hits it 6-0.
Now I have received at my desk and on my devices many reports about some of you, no names in particular, who were screwing around all last week or who have missed games this season.
Indeed we do play by strict rules here of course, but we have been known to be strategically merciful too you know.
And as perhaps for some of you as well, last week was an INTENSE week for me personally and professionally, overall a good one but way too much going on in one week all of a sudden, but it’s over and here we are now. I know I’m not doing all that shit in one week again this year, nope not getting caught up in all that holiday crap either other than food and drinks, how about you? But I digress.
But guess what? Even if you screwed up anything like not making picks and making them on time, YOU GET A PASS! YOU ARE NOT A NO-GOOD GALOOT!
Now go on and make your picks today, it’s a Wednesday and slow anyway, and do it today before you get caught up and forget again when you start your weekend and start screwing around anew.
