The plot thickens as the season wears on. Using this week to get a few lesser teams that haven’t been picked out of the way as every team has to be picked at least once. Still, I think the games are hard to predict:
Question
I’ve noticed one pattern of a few.
Is there by chance a rule, or is it standard practice all the same, that every Sunday night game, and also one Monday night game, has to be amongst the choices?
I’ll definitely catch the earlier Monday night game on that slate though.
Tough, tough slate again and an odd slate too, thanks for putting it together Jon, notwithstanding those damn contest by-laws again:
“…for the equitable distribution of participation of teams and players, and other welfare and good consideration for the collective benefit of the… blah, blah, blah…”
The only games on this list in which I would take a viewing interest would be Rams at Jacksonville in London UK, but nope, I’m not getting up for that,
and Colts at Chargers.
Falcons at '49ers has been historically heated, for it is a quite old rivalry for long-time fans, so we shall see there too, for night games tend to generate more surprises one way or the other.
No standard practice. The only rule is that each team must be included at least once during the year and I believe we have now achieved that. So far the games on Sundays and Mondays have been good pool games and there have been a lot of doubleheaders on Mondays to choose from for the first time. Thursday games have been relatively poor and it has nothing to do with what game might be exciting to watch.
All the best.
Damn, whenever I see you and a few other heavyweights here pick a lot of games differently than mine, though my track record this season is still below .500 after six weeks, I figure I am in trouble.
But we can all hope for a fluke in our favour just for one week eh!?
