I am in the process of making an adjustment on the Aggregate. Plus 10 pts. were added for those with perfect weeks are done. Will be adjusted for all the other posters, and thank you for your patience.
Each player guesses who will win games during the week. The numbers track individual wins and losses. Other number is the plus/minus or aggregate score. last designation is for those who get a perfect week. It depicts how many perfect weeks you have. If you have zero then it doesn’t say anything out of politeness.
I have discussed this briefly with Abbey. It is as I undertsand it a relatively simple system to implement based on a spreadsheet, but unfortunately it is above the paygrade of Abbey and myself. Having such a system would really help with this pool and the NFL regular season pool. The other pools are simple enough and don’t need it.
A person or two have indicated to me that they might be able to put something together but I haven’t heard further. If anyone does have the ability to whip up a program and doesn’t mind volunteering their time to do so that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise it is easy to go googly-eyed when doing the stats. I expect I will spell Abbey off the odd week. Just let me know when Abbey.
Yeah, I figured that GG used something like a spreadsheet or some other template where you just simply add the weekly scores and the program then spits out the results. If the program is easy to use it might even save Abbey some time.
She also added other interesting information such as the breakdowns of how many participants picked each team. However, while nice to read, it is not really necessary. Especially if Abbey has time constraints. I understand all this and really appreciate the volunteers that keep this all running.
Yeah, since my email one person has indicated that they will have a look at it but are unsure if they can do it. Another person thought they might be able to figure it out last year and I haven’t heard from them. Abbey is going to try with an Excel spreadsheet, which is my mortal enemy even though I am not completely computer illiterate.
