I wonder if this matter will be tried again though, for the disagreement by the judge was on the damages calculated and the testimony used and not on the matter if antitrust violations occurred.
In his 16-page ruling, the judge didn’t specifically disagree with the jury about whether an anti-trust violation occurred, but he did have issues with other parts of the trial.
Hmmm… 
I have to wonder whether or not the NFL will make some adjustments for viewing options, much as they have at hand already outside the US and Canada via their cheaper NFL Game Pass offering that also includes more games, so as to not tempt fate with the court of public opinion as well here.
