2024 Draft

List of combine attendees. For the main national camp one local guy piques my interest - Michael Chris-Ike of Delaware State. Ex St Thomas More High School star running back. Also curious to see how that big receiver Mital from Laval makes out.

Interesting names from the invitational camp - Curtis Woodmansey DL from Guelph (Coulter’s bro) and Mitchell Price DL McMaster (have to figure that is former Ticat Mitch Price’s kid).

I’m not so sure about that because if you check their photos, there’s not much of a family resemblence.

Well I didn’t really do any digging. I knew Price stayed here for a while after his playing days , think he owned or managed the Gown and Gavel for awhile so I just made a leap of faith considering this guy is from Mac.

Pretty sure only Anthony Grigg and Curtis Woodmansey have ticat connections. Looks like there is others on the invitational and main list with CFL connections though like Chris Kongbo who is Jonathan Kongbo brother i just found a university recruiting article which mentioned there brothers

Im guessing ifenna onyeka must be a brother or cousin to the other Onyeka’s in the cfl when that isnt a common last name

Was thinking the same, but possible it’s a common surname in their parents’ country
of origin. There have been quite a few drafted in the league.
Good luck to Anthony Grigg, it will be tough to make it out of the invitational combine and into the national one, then to actually get drafted. But at least he has a foot in the door.

According to this he is related to the others and i think the fact Anthony Grigg was training at a popular gym / fitness center many U sports athletes have used may help with the speed related drills .

Good for him. That last name will at least get him a look.

Tyson Hergott DE from the University of Waterloo will raise a few eyebrows.

Thanks for the heads up. Will have to remember the name.

https://youtu.be/jlKM_1nveh0?si=3-GsfhNrwIf0bSnZ though pretty sure he doesn’t have a CFL Connection he is a talented DT and no doubt likely will have one of the best Bench press numbers at the invitational combine

Clearly i was right about his talent when he got a invitational combine invite but then i did see him score multiple touchdowns in person

How about a PM to end this squabble? It seems personal. Nobody wants or needs to witness it.

I would think Linebacker would be a huge priority, followed by defensive back.

Maybe Wiebe out of the U of S as a future back up to Williams. He’s healing from an injury.

Stryker could be a good option if Cross gets an opportunity at SLB.

Plenty of Olinemen this draft. Don’t see a need to get one in the first round.
