Posting this early as I won’t have time later. This weekend we saw one upset with Hamilton beating Winnipeg and as I type this Ottawa is up one on BC at the half so perhaps another.
I have to say that I think this is the toughest slate of games to pick from so far this season.
The games are scheduled exactly the same way as this past weekend with a doubleheader on both Friday and Saturday at the exact same times.
Scheduled to play:
Saskatchewan at Ottawa Friday at 6:00 BC at Edmonton Friday at 8:30 Montreal at Calgary Saturday at 3:00 Hamilton at Toronto Saturday at 6:00
Saskatchewan Roughriders BC Lions Alouettes de Montréal Hamilton Tiger-Cats
Dolegala keeps getting better, Toronto’s locked up first, and while I hate to bet against Tre Ford… BC has acquired some kind of ray gun that turns opposing coaches into idiots.
Edmonton has a lot more to play for than BC, and likewise, this game means more for the Stamps than the Als.
Toronto, even though they have already locked a bye, will not pass up a chance to defeat their provincial rivals.
I feel bad for Ottawa always so close and yet so far…
And seriously what is up with Edm + Ham lately? They are making things difficult when I had written both off
Ottawa - last chance for the cross, otherwise it is over BC - only game I am really confident on Montreal - too many losses + threat from Hamilton, they have to do something or lose home field (plus cross) Toronto - there just is no way Cats prevail
