Bye: Ottawa
All times Central
There were a few Week 1 participants that didn’t make their Week 2 picks. Most of them were new to the pool and maybe didn’t realize it was a weekly thing instead of a one off prediction for that week. Sometimes a participant can’t make picks in any given week for various reasons (vacations, technical issues, forgot, etc.) and that is fine but know that in accordance with past practice you have the option of having someone else make your picks for that week or picking early. Due to the volume, however, if someone doesn’t pick 2 weeks in a row without letting us know we will assume they have dropped out of the pool and no longer publish their record in the weekly standings.
As per GGirl’s posts in the Week 2 thread, please also pick the games in the order they appear as that makes them much easier to enter and also please don’t intermingle any of your expert commentary in with the picks as that makes them hard to find. Bolding your picks doesn’t hurt either but is not required.
After going a cool 4-0 in week 2, I’m sure I’m due for a humbling experience in week 3. Here goes…
Though BC is hot, the Bombers at home will cool them off. They’re not going to pitch a shutout against Collaros and co, that’s for sure.
Toughest pick of the week for me. Hamilton hasn’t looked great in two losses, but they’re at home and desperate, and Montreal is still a team in transition, with new receivers and an offensive line that gave up six sacks in week 1. I’ll be happy to be wrong, though.
Let’s see if the Riders can keep Harris healthy. I think Calgary wins a close game.
Surely EDM has to break the home losing streak sometime, right? Yes, but not this week.
