Received some feedback from people sitting in the end zones. It wasn't good .
They were stopped from entering the north side due to fire regulations . They had to use the porta potties that were provided for the bleacher seats.
Not being able to use the concourse in the North to warm up is a big deal if your sitting on metal benches . Food lines were horrible and wait times ridiculous .
The price point is high for not being able to access all the services that the entire stadium provides .
I hope this does not hurt sales for any future Grey Cup in Ottawa .
We heard similar stories about the east end zone. As for the west end zone they were able to use all the facilities from the at least the south side. Not sure about going to the North side, BUT you have to remember this was a CFL run Grey Cup. I know it was done by OSEG BUT again the rules for the day were CFL GREY CUP Rules (whatever that meant)
We were told there would be no IN OUT privileges we usually have at RedBlacks Games. There would NO SMOKING areas and no smoking on the entire grounds which again were different form RedBlacks regular or even playoff games.
Just so we know who to blame for some of these issues.
