I won't pretend to know the guys beyond the first three rounds a whole lot, but based on what I'm reading, overall I'm pretty pleased with this haul. I don't mind taking a chance on Mehdi Abdesmad where they chose to. I like the size on Kett and Khatchikian. And a team that needs so much help on special teams might have landed some.

I'm pretty happy with the draft results. I think Lauzon-Séguin was a bit of a lucky break. I remember reading somewhere that he was maybe expected to get picked earlier than he did.
I like the gamble with Abdesmad. I hope he finds success in the NFL, but if he doesn't, we may have another solid Canadian on the d-line.
Seems likely that the Redblacks will start 4 Canadian on the offensive line this year, so the depth we've added is reassuring.
