2015 season game 1: Ottawa @ Montreal

@HerbZurkowsky1: Boris Bede has handled all the kicking @ #Als' practice today. Guessing team's resting Sean Whyte's leg?

Hmmm.....what to think about this?

Quarterbacks: Crompton, Lefevour, Bridge

Good to hear. I thought I saw Lefevour pull up lame on his chase back of pick six.

First Blitz show at 19:00 tonight on RDS

Crompton supposedly cut his hair after practice and donated it to Locks of Love.

Reverse Samson effect?

Cut hair and strength (of his game) suddenly appears?

Mark Weightman: Annual radio interview, fields some craptacular question regarding Popp, Sam and Quarterback play.

Justin Dunk's Ranking of CFL QB's. You would think that with only 9 teams, Crompton could crack the top 10.

Not a surprise, but man, if Crompton messes the bed again, it had better be LeFevour, Cato, Bridge pretty damn soon…

Le lien ne semble pas fonctionner.

@HerbZurkowsky1: #Als’ HC Tom Higgins claims both Sean Whyte + Boris Bede could dress vs. Ottawa - but Whyte will be a healthy scratch. Bet on it.

Ohhhhh time for Whyte to bitch and moan some more. First Sam now Whyte. Anyone remember a year without distractions?

Hopefully no drama, just honest competition. I'd frankly dress both kickers right now, TBH -- Bede has the stronger leg, but Whyte has the consistency. Use Bede for punts and kickoffs, and Whyte for field goals and converts.

Exactly hes been spoiled these last cpl of years with no competition. Its up to him to show that it does not bother him.

Higgins is also saying the Als will not be implementing a 2 quarterback system for the game, yet they will be using 2 quarterbacks. Maybe Higgins just wants to reinforce the “Flanders” nickname.

What's the big fuss?Tom Higgins only mentioned that some plays have been designed for Dan LeFevour. Where's the problem? No matter what he says or does, there are always seem to be problems/critics. Let's wait for the results, before being so negative.

Regarding the kickers, I have no problem if only Boris Bede plays. I trust the coaches who will make the decision.

Richard

Yeah, go ahead and put your blind faith in Tom F. Higgins.
