Thanks for that info GoR although it might be more telling if the change in populations of the cities was shown beside the changes in employment and income levels. Just thinking that it doesn't matter if the population increases if the people are unemployed and don't have the disposable income to spend on entertainment.

I think you can cross Windsor off the list of expansion candidates and MAYBE add London. It's great to see population in Atlantic Canada on the rise. It can only help their chances of getting a CFL franchise.
