You guys remember I called this one... Joey Abrams is going along and possibly Calvillo as well.

I will give you full credit if you're right, Nostrodamus. :)

Though for the life of me I can't see why Calvillo would follow Popp, given how disastrously things have gone for AC in the last two years as a coach. He has an opportunity to learn and grow under a real head coach (Chap) in a city where he and his family have made their home. Why chuck it all to follow Popp to a franchise that's in even worse shape than ours?

Would be surprised if AC headed to TO should Popp end up there.
Not only because of his family but the relationship he has with Wettenhal. (unless that has changed over the last year or so).

Bon point.

As of this afternoon, the @TorontoArgos had not reached out to former Mtl GM Jim Popp about their vacant position. #argos #als

These are the same group of "journalists" who were dead certain that we had zero candidates after Maciocia turned us down for the PR job and who had no idea that we had interviewed five GM candidates until Wetenhall told us at the Kavis presser. ;) I wouldn't rule Popp out at all.

Talking head (Naylor?) on the moving picture, sound box refused to refer to "CFL names" and speculated it may well be a mid-level NFL guy most have never heard of; weird speculation if he hadn't heard whispers.
