Yay, your team is still 5 games under .500 and losing 5-0 in the 2nd inning! Yay!

They are now losing 15-0. Time for Patrick to make his jump.

Yay!!! :rockin: :rockin:

Yes. How bad do you have to be to get a S.O. for 1 run, when you are losing by 18? WOW!

They lost 19-1, and you guys picked the stupidest thing to hate on. Crowds cheer all the time when teams score in a blowout. It's an ironic cheer. You see it in hockey and football all the time. When a goalie gives up 4 or 5 goals, the crowd gives a cheer when he makes a save. I know I've cheered for a rouge before when the Ticats are down 30+ points at home.

Not everyone is a lemming. Why is it so hard for you to understand that people enjoy having fun at baseball games?

One game doesn't mean much, well as much compared with football obviously, in baseball with a 160 plus schedule.

It's a term for a blind-follower. Based on the old rumor that lemmings used to follow the herd right off the edge of a cliff and fall to their death. Turns out, that was more of a Disney based story.

Undefeated since the All Star break! :P

OK - that was just to get Kevin and rcon riled.

But the good news is that 3 of the players that MUST be much better in the second half of the season for the Jays to have ANY chance - had a good night.

2 RBI's for each of Donaldson and Bautista - who both must be WAY better the second half for the Jays to have even a remote chance. And just as important - a great start from Sanchez. 6 innings - giving up no earned runs.

Tough stretch of the schedule though. Before the All Star break they managed to split a 4 game series with the best team in the AL - Houston. But after this Detroit series it is on to Boston for four games and then Cleveland for three - the other two teams in the Top 3 of the American League. 9 more games on the road though before they return home. This 10 game road trip - they need at least 6 wins IMO.

The MLB All Star Break average home attendance. Jays just edging the Yankees for top spot still in the AL.
