CBC sued by Subway

CBC sued by Subway

by West » Tue Apr 18, 2017 3:59 pm

It looks like CBC is being sued by Subway for maliciously claiming their chicken suns are only 50 percent chicken.

Could this be the end of the CBC? We can only hope.

Subway won't win this... Or will get some kind of settlement or agreement.
First theres no way of testing if its true or not subway can instantly change the chicken they use..and if not true or 200 million dollar worth of it not being true tney would not need to say this.

“We will look into this again with our supplier to ensure that the chicken is meeting the high standard we set for all of our menu items and ingredients.”

The other 50% of the chicken is made from the tears of poor children.

CBC seems to be standing behind their 'malicious' story considering they have not removed it from their website.

The answer appears to be soy Ryan.

Subway's results were such an outlier that the team decided to test them again, biopsying five new oven roasted chicken pieces, and five new orders of chicken strips.

Those results were averaged: the oven roasted chicken scored 53.6 per cent chicken DNA, and the chicken strips were found to have just 42.8 per cent chicken DNA. The majority of the remaining DNA? Soy.

Welcome back, West!

Hope the lawsuit goes down in flames.

Subway is so far down the list here for subs...
Firehouse
Jimmy johns
Jersey mikes
Larrys giant subs
even Publix grocery stores makes better subs

Sorry Subway... Be honest now

Quiznos is much better. For about the same price as Subway, you get a higher quality and better tasting sub IMO.

Never tried that one, but might now. I usually go for the turkey ranch and swiss or the steak and swiss.
