Trump is playing proctologist with Health Care once again. He's all hot & horny to ram it through within his first 100 days (even though the 100 day milestone really doesn't mean anything to him  ) Call it Rumpcare.

Well something has to happen with healthcare in the US, watched this last night on PBS and quite the situation that needs change according to this report. And Trump didn't make this situation happen in his first 100 days. :D

Why the U.S. pays more for health care than the rest of the world

Why are American health care costs by far the highest in the world? Journalist and former practicing physician Elisabeth Rosenthal chronicles how we got here in her new book, "An American Sickness." Economics correspondent Paul Solman talks with Rosenthal about the forces driving high prices and what could be done to bring costs down.

Yes definitely, but it is not something you rush to cobble together because of a "leader's" political agenda. It has to do with people's lives and livelihood.

Couldn't agree more Liquor, Trump and his administration need to take due diligence with this and not rush it through quickly like they seem to want to do. It's complicated and needs a lot of analysis and input from a variety of sectors to try and solve, if there is a solution at all, to the healthcare financial cost escalation in the US.

Maybe Donald was just hoping that it wasn't going to be complicated and the magic fairy would come along with a nice easy solution, piece of cake sort of thing. WRONG! :o

In trumps defense..
Re the 100 day stuff...

I think he's really getting bad advice here which plays into his ego issues...

In fairness he hasn't failed in trying to get his promises fulfilled. Its more that he has run into reality of the complexities of things like the laws and congress. I think it's clear that he just thought he'd automatically get buy-in because he's the president.

Better for him to say: " Every promise I made I've tried to enact. What I didn't realize was the complexities of the system. We'll keep at it"

Of course if he campaigned truthfully if would never have gotten the nomination.

You'd probably be looking at President Cruz/ Clinton.

In hindsight the only really honest campaigner was boring Kasich probably.
