WOW, I never thought of that.

Come out of retirement, win another Grey Cup and become the first Canadian QB since Russ Jackson, to win.

At the same time, become the first QB to win a Grey Cup as both a Canadian and an American.

Oh, if this could have just happened a year ago. :D :D

Yea the red tape delay was due to the fact that, the CFL was considered part time work and it didn't qualify him for Canadian residency.

OK, this reply looks bad. I was not referring to Hank as Canadian.

HELL NO was to the photo.

Turns out it made no matter anyway.

He is only a :roll: resident.

No he can't

11. HOW DOES THE NATIONAL (FORMERLY NON-IMPORT) PLAYER RULE WORK?

The following Players shall be classified as National Players (formerly non-import):
(a) Canadian citizens at the time of signing of the Player’s first contract;
(b) A Player classified as a non-import prior to May 31st, 2014; OR
(c) A Player who was physically resident in Canada for an aggregate period of five (5) years prior to attaining the age of eighteen (18) years.

A Player is classified as an International Player (formerly import) if the Player is one other than one referred to in the definition of a National Player (formerly non-import).
