The good old days. Look how full the stadium is. :)

I had that game when I was a kid.

The only thing that was good about it was the team logos were on the side of the stadium.

Other than that it was junk.

The magnet pass from the QB, would just fall to the " turf ".

I had to place the ball on a player and pretend it was complete.

No TD's were ever scored. Players would just vibrate .

Biggest rip off ever.

:? :? :? :?

Are you saying yours worked the way it was meant to ?

Or did you love it because it was just a cool keep sake as a kid ?

I have to wonder if there were 2 different versions from companies.

The one displayed in this thread is not the same as the one I had.

Mine had the 9 logos on it. This one does not.

Had the one with the 9 old school logos on it as well. Mine came with poster for a random CFL team (Hamilton Ti-cats, though the players for the game were Calgary and Winnipeg). Also had a mini plastic Grey Cup (with the smaller base), so overall, though the game didn't work very well, it was kinda cool.

Lower expectations back in the day.
B&W was fine until colour came along.
Standard TV was fine until HD came along
HD is very good but 4KHD is now the stunning advancement

Canadian Football 2017 on STEAM

Hello Everyone. So as many of you know by now, today we released our first official game play trailer. There are two versions, one on twitter and the slightly longer one you see on Facebook.

Today I'm also announcing our plan to move forward with STEAM distribution for the PC. And this is where Canuck Play needs your help.

Steam's GreenLight process means that only games that receive a certain number of votes can be accepted for distribution on that platform. So we need your votes and you can add your vote here;

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/

The more votes we get, the sooner we can bring you the game on your favourite platform. So tell your friends.

Canadian Football 2017 is the first iteration of what we hope will be a long line of exciting football titles. The more support we get, the faster we’ll reach the goals everyone has for the game.

Thanks
David Winter

If there's a Mac version on Steam, I'd buy it. That or Xbox306/XboxOne

I think it's going to be available for Xbox.

The fact this is on Steam is beautiful, only way we will ever get actual logos, jerseys and players in the game. The developers have already put out a file to start editing, I wish I knew how I'd do it in a heartbeat. I have high faith some CFL nut with the ability will get it done, or I will just have to learn.

I was going to buy it for Xbox One but going to hold out and play on Steam now.

This game may not be the greatest, but we need to support it so we can get another version. Generally an indie sports title like this takes two or three cycles before they really start putting together a polished product. Just can't abandon them because not like we got anything else right now.
