...shutting down the EE offense will be a tall order...CJ showed Sunday he can move the ball effectively on the ground, that run up the gut where he carried half the BB squad across the goal line almost single-handedly showed his spirit is high...so you've got to play him honest on every down, which means the threat of the EE receivers, all capable hands, becomes more dangerous on play action...I can't see us giving up the deep ball like the BBs did, but those 15 yarders with YAC can be devastating...and then, failing those, Reilly himself has no issue turning himself loose and can pick up first-downs like nobody's business when required...

...if there's a D in this league that can stop this green and gold machine it is our stamps, but they will be in this melee with their backs up against the wall from the get go...and with an offense that seems to have gone AWOL lately there won't be the assurity of simply going toe to toe on the scoreboard...
There is no dark side of the moon really. Matter of fact it's all dark.

I expect to see a much different Stamps team on Sunday than their past few games/latter part of season. They have nothing to be too confident about so I think they will be hungry and prepared. This is still the same team whose organizational winning percentage is miles ahead of everyone else.  If anything, the Esks might be too confident heading into this one.

...if the EEs are confident they have every right to be, they've played very good ball lately and should be feeling good about their chances...will be interesting to see where the stamps mindset checks in at, i have no doubt they will be serious and focused, but will that result in smart execution and productivity?  can't say for sure right now...

The QB advantage that I think the Esks have is that Reilly is willing and capable to take one (or a few) for the team in order to advance the ball any way he can.

BLM? Not even close.

...very true
